The Managers Commission is related to the Road and Track Commissions only.

It's function is to assist in the identification of suitable candidates to act as managers to our national road teams.

It also aids with the identification of mechanics and any other support staff.

The main responsibilities of the Managers Commission are:

• to make recommendations to the Board as to who should be appointed Manager for what Team, as and when the need arises – the Board makes the final decision;
• identify current Managers throughout the Country;
• assist in increasing the pool of Managers, taking into account our transformation requirements as per our Vision and Mission Statement;
• assist in ensuring on-going training of Managers and improvement in training;
• identify other areas of concern and suggest solutions.
